Steve Sera- President & Executive Producer
Steve has won 6 New England Emmy Awards as a producer, editor and musical composer. He has been nominated an additional 17 times in multiple categories. In 2016, Steve was inducted into the Boston University Athletic Hall Of Fame and received the Murray Kramer Memorial Award from Boston University for MSTV's recognition of outstanding media coverage of intercollegiate sports. He is the President of MSTV as well as an accomplished coordinating and executive producer.
Steve produces original theme music for TV shows and commercials and develops national reality television concepts and shows for major networks. Prior to Moody Street, Steve was the Senior Producer of Programs and Productions for 13 years at The New England Sports Network, home of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.
Jim Carroll is an award winning television producer, editor and an accomplished documentary storyteller.
After starting his TV career producing short and long form television at NESN, (The New England Sports Network) Jim went on to create his own production company called Fields of Vision which is known for quality sports films like Touching the Game and Head of the Charles Regatta: 50th Anniversary.
Jim is a strategic partner at Moody Street TV, producing and editing a wide range of television sports series and specials that have aired on NESN, ESPN, Eleven Sports USA and NBC Sports to name a few.

Bob Sylvester- Executive Producer
Bob has won 10 New England Emmy Awards, produces and edits “Behind the B” a reality show on the Boston Bruins hockey team, and he is the Executive Producer of the Emmy-Award winning magazine show Bruins Academy. He produced Charlie Moore Outdoors and was Executive Producer of BEAT Charlie Moore for ESPN and has many documentary credits in television production.
He is an accomplished editor, writer and producer, is the founder and owner of 3B Media, a video production company and a strategic partner at Moody Street TV. Bob develops reality TV shows and concepts for leading national networks.
Josh is the production manager of MSTV. He supervises remote production crews and is the company DP for all projects. Josh also manages editorial operations and edits projects.
He coordinates the production team in both studio and remote productions, and manages the facilities production workflow and he is MSTV’s technical operations manager.
